Account Manager - Content Production

What we're looking for:

On behalf of one of our largest Global clients we have recently established a centralized Content Studio to handle the digital production needs of the NA brands. As part of our engagement we are working with clients toward the adoption of modular content to enable more agile and iterative marketing, more efficiently.

In support of the new model, we are seeking a proactive, organized and confident client services person to manage the digital content production needs of a portfolio of NA Brands. acting as the primary point of contact to the Brand Managers and their creative Agency partners.

What you'll do:
  • Client Service to proactively support NA digital content production needs, and adoption of a new modular content strategy.
  • Partner with multiple Brand Managers and Agency contacts to inform the development and delivery of digital content across multiple channels, including planning of the expected pipeline of projects and deliverables.
  • Demonstrate clear understanding of the brands and NA market requirements
  • Inform and manage all briefs, ensure that they are production ready, and oversee the end-to-end production process through the Hogarth network.
  • Partner with Hogarth Project Management to enable production and network capacity planning, and timely provision of project cost estimates and timelines.
  • Own, run and document regular stand-ups and status meetings in support of delivering the work, reporting progress, optimizing client relationship 'health', ways of working and growing our production scope.
  • Represent Modular Content production capabilities & considerations to the Brands and involved Agencies, including sharing of the evolving Global and Local Content Library of Modular assets to determine net new needs vs opportunity for localization, reuse or repurpose.
  • Proactively bring content production best practice and ideas for content optimization
  • Regulary engage with Hogarth's Global Team, based in London, for training on Global Content Strategy, ways of working, tools and processes that inform or impact NA ways of working.
  • Provide NA market feedback to the Hogarth Global team regarding NA requirements and adoption of Modular Content, to inform evolution of content and capabilities.
  • Maintain and input to financial and production volume reporting.
  • Highlight and escalate quality control issues
  • Spend time, as necessary, with clients onsite (once COVID constraints lift)

What you'll have:
  • 4 years + client/project management experience focused on digital/content production
  • Agency or Client inhouse studio experience preferred
  • Production experience across channels, in addition to digital a plus.
  • High level of IT literacy, including use of spreadsheets
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Prioritization, time management and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent oral and written English essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills Experience managing and servicing global accounts with multiple stakeholders is desirable
  • Aptitude to spot & develop new opportunities
  • NY/NJ metro/Toronto location preferred
