THE OPPORTUNITY

Planner (Brand Content and Alliances)

THE TEAM

The Brand Content & Alliances department is a unique collective of programs that span across broadcast integrations, branded content, social influencer content, partnerships, and experiential activations. Team members gain exposure to a broad range of marketing tactics and have the ability to contribute to many different programs and engage with teams across the organization. This is a fast-paced, always evolving, excitement filled group that thrives on delivering solutions to unique challenges.

Candidates for this group should be innovative, excellent problem solvers, and motivated to drive results for clients. Experience in digital/social marketing and/or media planning is strongly encouraged.

In this role you will...
  • Support daily management of project workflow for assigned programs
  • Co-Lead and support budget management for assigned programs including forecasting
  • Evaluate new integration opportunities and media proposals
  • Support development of branded content and integrated marketing programs including project briefs, POVs, production schedules, budget, project overviews/recaps
  • Develop sell-in and recap decks, analytics coordination and media planning/execution
  • Lead creative development, production and approvals for assigned programs including routing and brandshare
  • Support the development and sustainment of the Annual GTM Plan, Budgets/Forecasts, Business Plan, Scope
  • Lead or support Client status meetings for assigned programs
  • Support on-site management/travel needs as needed
  • Support all tracking document updates including monthly client status
  • Oversee vehicle procurement and vehicle giveaways/awards for assigned programs
  • Production: Vehicle sourcing, insurance, bailment, dealer awards, Dealer / winner coordination, affidavits,1099s and gift tax
  • Issue call reports for client meetings
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

You have...
  • At least one to two years of experience in experiential marketing, social media, digital/social marketing, media planning, PR, print and broadcast production services or related field
  • Ability to effectively and confidently communicate information in both verbal and written formats (Communications to clients, vendors, alliance partners/personnel, Ford Regions, charity partners, etc.)
  • Ability to address difficult issues, work under pressure, follow-through and solve problems quickly in the face of challenges
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to show flexibility, willing to work beyond regular business hours when needed, a creative/quick thinker
  • Fluent with Microsoft Office
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • The physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.
