As the advertising landscape gets more complicated, and how people purchase goods has changed forever, GroupM help our clients around the world cut through the noise and get to growth faster.
This role is all about providing a human, meticulous and mindful service for the most senior executives we are talking to about working at GroupM, our agencies, Mindshare, MediaCom, Wavemaker, Essence, and our portfolio companies, Choreograph, Xaxis, Motion Content Group, Finecast and Kinetic. We save literally millions of dollars by insourcing this service and we have more control over the candidate experience.
This role reports into the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at GroupM, based in New York.

This is a key role in our Global Talent Acquisition function and helps to shape our overall approach to delivering on our promise of fulfilled people .
You will be the face of GroupM for C-suite/SVP level candidates with 20+ years of experience as they make crucial life decisions about working for us.
Whilst a main focus is coordinating meetings with C-level people in GroupM's 80+ countries, there are strategic elements to the role.
