Reporting to the GroupM Global People Operations and Transformation lead this role is responsible for managing the daily project activities for GroupM globally leveraging your experience to coordinate the input and support of HR SMEs on behalf of the project and serve as the overall Workday HCM functional lead.
This role will support a range of other key activities such as training, change management, and business readiness activities throughout the project. The role will engage the Global People Operations and Transformation lead on all strategic decisions for sign off to ensure alignment with the broader GroupM /WPP People Operating Model Transformation strategy.
