Reporting to GroupM's Global People COO, this role is responsible for leading the transformation of operational procedures, practices and systems to establish a proactive and modern approach to how the business and its employees engage with HR. By developing shared service delivery solutions that focus on transparency, efficiency and consistency, the Global People Operations and Transformation Lead will work with global and regional HR and business stakeholders to implement a new approach. Core to their role will be overseeing the implementation of Workday HCM globally.
In addition to setting the strategy and approach for GroupM , the Global People Operations and Transformation lead will align with WPP as it also evolves its People Operating Model to shape a seamless support model.
