THE ROLE:

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

3 Months
  • Get to know GroupM's media business and each of the different agency brands to see how you will impact teams and where you fit in the larger picture
  • Work with your Talent Acquisition Lead and Hiring Managers/subject matter experts to begin developing a more specialized understanding of your assigned functional areas of the business
  • Undergo in-depth training for our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite) and team processes to manage your work and co llaborate with the larger team
  • Make your first few hires with excellent feedback from both candidates & hiring managers!

6 Months
  • Independently o wn full-cycle recruitment for your assigned functional area to support your team's overall requisition load . Be comfortable with the high speed & volume!
  • Take on a more consultative (versus transactional) approach with Hiring Managers through:
  • Building partnerships
  • O ffering guidance & insight on talent market trends and best practices
  • Contuing to build your industry knowledge and keeping ahead of d evelopments in the m edia space (seminars, online training, industry articles, etc.)

12 Months
  • Become and advanced Jobvite user with the ability to follow team processes and guide Hiring Managers and other TABP's where needed
  • Reach or exceed TABP performance benchmarks & goals (hires, feedback, DEI initiatives, etc.)

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience in Recruitment, Recruiting Operations, or an HR-related role
  • A willingness to commit to and take an active role in increasing representation in hiring through DEI initiatives
  • Proactive and collaborative worker, able to ideate and manage new initiatives; demonstrating a hands-on and highly organized approach to all tasks.
