This role is critically important, as in addition to working with a US CPG client, the candidate will support the ecommerce retail media practice, but with a focus on a single client. The Sr Associate will report directly to the Manager of retail media in the US and work closely with the digital investment and US account teams.


You will be expected to tactically execute across key ecommerce customers. You will be part of larger client teams and will develop relationships with your Mindshare cross-functional partners to deliver critical campaigns that lead to further investment online.

This role is responsible for working directly with the digital investment planners to ensure on time delivery of IO's, creative briefs and will traffic key assets. Additionally, the candidate will provide support contract negotiations, onboarding new vendors and budget management. The Sr Associate will be a self-starter with a focus on campaign reporting templates, process and will support the Associate Director in their efforts to build the practice.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • Work across Mindshare digital investment, social and account teams to ensure internal alignment
  • Supports relationship with shopper marketing agencies across the pure-play and retail landscape
  • Tactically deliver and execute media plans including creative, budgeting and product assortment
  • Build and track all campaigns in flight and communicate to all necessary parties launching timing, program needs and campaign completion.
  • Support input and creation of dashboard reporting to be rolled out to the client around test & learn and ecommerce activations.
  • Responsible for contract routing and system management


The candidate will have experience in ecommerce media planning, retail media planning or ecommerce performance marketing. The candidate will need to act as the subject matter expert for all retail across the landscape, with a heavy emphasis on Amazon, Target, Walmart and Pure-Play. The core deliverable for this role is tactical execution and best-practice subject matter expert for the client.
  • Amazon experience, working with ARAP, AVS, Vendor Central
  • Working knowledge of Amazon Advertising (formally AMS & AMG)
  • Comfortable with data and analytics
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Experience with analytics dashboards and data tools a plus
  • Confident self-starter who can take initiatives and run with them
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
  • Inquisitive and enthusiastic about digital technology and marketing
