Position at Hill+Knowlton Strategies

Hill+Knowlton Strategies is seeking a People + Culture Associate. In this role, you will ensure complete and timely execution of project plans and support the regional People + Culture Managers to coordinate the efforts of these continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with developing and deploying tools and programs, enhancing project management capabilities across the HR function.

Compliance
  • Assist with preparation of annual compliance reports in the region (AAP, Compensation Survey's, EEO/Vets, WPP HR Survey, Women Survey, etc.)
  • Assist with preparing regular reports, i.e. headcount, turnover, hiring statistics, etc.
  • Maintain and prepare monthly reporting to Finance and Talent Teams
  • Act as HR record keeper and perform basic analysis in partnership with HR team to provide weekly/monthly/annual reports as needed
  • Complete Employee verifications
  • Create employee folders through Microsoft Teams and upload, maintain folders with employee records
  • Track employee milestone anniversaries and prepare necessary information to send out on their anniversary
  • Various projects working with the US HR team as specified

Talent Acquisition
  • Track Temporary employee list and manage contract extensions

Onboarding
  • Initiate New Hire tickets for creation of laptop and email set up
  • Coordinate and schedule all new hire onboarding schedules working with both HR and hiring managers
  • Maintain onboarding paperwork via Jobvite
  • Handle all new hire tasks including adding to necessary trainings, sending PTO emails out, and travel log

Off-boarding
  • Create and implement exit interview form for Fellows to complete with separation
  • Input exit interview data into TalentTree, our HRIS system, to comply with WPP's global requirements
  • Initiate termination tickets for leavers for email/overall set up to be turned off
  • Assist with preparing exit interview summary and analysis

Payroll
  • Provide HRIS data entry support when needed
