Campaign Lead/Account Director

The Role:

Working on one of the world's most recognized luxury brands across all disciplines. This person will be the gatekeeper of all projects in their group. Reporting directly to the GAD in London, the client is a global brand and you will work across various disciplines from brief to delivery. High level of client servicing is required and a good background in localisaiton of moving picture. This role will be based in Hogarth's head office in the heart of Covent Garden.

Responsibilities:
  • Key focus is managing producers across all production disciplines with a deep knowledge of movie picture production localisation
  • Managing projects from brief to delivery
  • Responsibility for managing account team
  • Develop a deep understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements and SLAs
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, manage perceptions and expectations
  • Liaise with Print Production/Broadcast team on specified client requirements and resolve client issues/complaints to the satisfaction of main stakeholders
  • Understand how client, agency, and Hogarth relationships interact
  • Proven ability to make informed decisions and problem-solve based on sound knowledge
  • Capability of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Budget management

Qualifications:
  • Experience of working in a TV, print, or digital production role essential
  • High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail
  • Resilience and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges
  • Experience managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
