VMLY&R's BrandAsset® Valuator Group (BAV) seeks a Study Production Assistant to work with the Global Brand Research team to help produce syndicated BAV questionnaires and manage the process of fielding multiple syndicated consumer brand surveys.

As the Study Production Assistant, you will report to the Production Manager and be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the research process from producing questionnaires through data checking for US Panel and International studies. You will support data and data retrieval tool requests from analysis on an as needed basis as well as provide support for statistical analysis for R&D efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Help to manage the research process of fielding multiple syndicated research surveys in the US and international markets, including:
  • Managing user brand requests across WPP operating companies
  • Manage and maintain the Global brand list to represent all WPP operating companies
  • Building questionnaires with our custom tool
  • Create print-ready questionnaires for paper studies
  • Create programming package for online studies
  • Create data checking decks for each syndicated study
  • Manage/organize study material on the LAN
  • Online link checks for syndicated and custom studies
  • Coordinating survey logistics as needed
  • Support training effort by gathering needed materials and information
  • Assist by running data inputs for statistical modeling
  • Assist with new testing of retrieval tool development

Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of work experience in applied statistics preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability organize several projects simultaneously
  • Extremely detail-oriented
  • Very fluent and comfortable using Excel (~80% of work performed in Excel) and PowerPoint
  • Clear communicator (written and oral); comfortable interacting with analysts
  • Team-orientated but with the ability to work independently
  • Self-motivated and proactive in moving projects along
  • Interested in brands and marketing
  • Natural curiosity and passion for learning
