-This position will lead, develop and design a comprehensive brand/strategy planning for Grey Thailand that helps existing clients and win new clients by creating business value for them. To be responsible to provide leadership and direct the way of working to deliver the agency's strategic vision, financial growth and other performance objectives.
-To work closely with the key leaders across departments to drive the agency to achieve business goals and objectives, revenue target and profitability. You should be an experienced strategy leader who drives inspiring strategic direction for the Strategy/ Planning function
-To take on the role as a key leader/ partner, executor, change agent, coach and constructive challenger for the agency.
-At least 15+ years of planning/strategy experience in an agency or marketing environment
-Strategic thinking & big idea generation. The ideal candidate is someone who can work with the Creative Leaders and distil complex (and sometimes unclear) client Briefs into powerful creative direction
-Fluent speaking, reading and writing in Thai and English
