Content Architect

What we're looking for:

A highly organised, confident and proactive Content Architect to lead Content Strategy consulting engagements.

The role will advocate for both the customer and the production teams by designing new content management lifecycles and content models, while working with Content Strategy on establishing authoring and publishing standards and governance for multichannel content.

Key responsibilities of this role will be to lead the consulting engagement, project management and define the strategy. This role will form a pivotal role in the newly formed Content Strategy Consulting team and will work closely with the Head of Digital to implement intelligent content production strategy across new clients.

What You'll Do:
  • Define and deliver modular content strategy (incl. data modelling, metadata and taxonomy) across all brands and markets
  • Audit content, define KPIs and govern content effectiveness evaluation to measure content success
  • Design, create, and support content architecture, tools, and processes for producing high-quality content
  • Lead workshops to train brand marketers, creative agencies and other stakeholders on modular content strategy best practice
  • Act as a content expert and advocate; ensure all content processes are being followed to a high standard and content is continuously optimized
  • Manage central knowledge repository and regularly share knowledge and insights with brand marketers
  • Define end to end content workflow and define data models for the different systems involved
  • Create playbooks and other supporting documentation required to define the content framework
  • Develop and implement effective digital & content strategies to meet client briefs across all necessary touch points
  • Partner with Product and Localization Technology teams, content administrators and end-users to assess the current content experience and determine immediate and long-term needs to support content use
  • Support in the integration of new solutions for content management
  • Understand content lifecycle, production, digital asset management and publishing systems

What You'll Have:
  • Self-starter disposition
  • Excellent attention to detail,time management and organizational skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Strong understanding of culture and emerging trends, and an ability to apply these to content thinking
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of content
  • Deep understanding of modular content strategy
  • Ability to multi-task and work underpressure
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or related field
  • Extensive experience in Content Strategy
  • Experience working in pharmaceuticals would be beneficial
