A brand-new opportunity as part of the Talent Acquisition and wider global People team at WPP IT, this role will primarily support the set up and coordination of our global contractor workforce as well as the coordination of other Talent Acquisition activity across the team.

You will be the go-to person for all new contractors set up and extension requests, liaising with hiring managers, contractors and third-party suppliers to ensure a timely and smooth process. You will also be a key member of the team responsible for interview coordination, adhering to and improving processes when required.

What you'll be doing:
  • Manage contract and new joiner documentation
  • Responsible for liaising with contractors directly and via recruitment agency suppliers
  • Manage the recruitment agency supplier list on the payroll system, keeping it up to date
  • Understand and provide support on global contractor employment including IR35 legislation in the UK
  • Setting up hiring managers and supporting them with IR35 assessment tool
  • Assist with raising POs when required, working closely with finance to make sure suppliers are set up and paid on time
  • Track and maintain accurate global contractor and financial data to produce reports when required
  • Work closely with the IT Service team to arrange IT accounts for new joiners
  • Ensure relevant process documentation is kept up to date and uploaded to internal intranet
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Partners with interview scheduling, TA projects and ad-hoc requests
  • Partner when required with central communications to support the team in attracting the best, most relevant talent in the market
  • Deliver world-class service to external candidates and suppliers

What you'll need:
  • Experience of working within a recruitment environment either in-house, RPO or agency
  • Experience of high-volume administration and/or coordination
  • Ability to act quickly and promptly to a multitude of requests coming in at the same time
  • A high level of written English and the ability to prioritise workload with a high level of efficiency and accuracy throughout
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and experience working with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience managing and updating an ATS / applicant tracking system (we use Greenhouse!)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience creating and producing reports, Power BI is advantageous
  • Experience of processing contractors and an understanding of IR35 legislation is advantageous
  • Ability to use own initiative to continually improve and update processes in the team
