MediaCom Sport & Entertainment is a specialist partnership and brand engagement division of Creative Systems, MediaCom's newly launched in-house agency built to transform clients' brand relevance and accelerate growth. The division's main aim is to transform the role of partnerships as a conduit to drive demonstratable growth: from reactive to strategic, from siloed to integrated, and from unaccountable to measurable. We act as a 360 agency, helping clients develop and executive partnerships platforms that can compete for the most precious asset of their customers - their time. Adopting entirely channel and property agnostic approach, our strategy, recommendations and execution are entirely underpinned by data, resulting in consistently higher ROI, better brand alignment, higher engagement and more pronounced business benefits.
Objectives of the Role:
The Manager, Sports & Entertainment Partnerships will be a key contributor to the S&E team within Creative Systems, responsible for working with internal and external partners to flawlessly execute programs/projects across retained S&E accounts, including various programs across the U.S.
The ideal candidate for this role will have direct experience supporting the development and execution of successful branded entertainment programs. The candidate will have strong organizational, project management and time-management skills. They will be able to multi-task and be energized by a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also have strong presentation skills and be capable supporting the development and presentation of client-facing deliverables.
The candidate should be passionate about the Pop-Culture, Music & Entertainment landscape, having their finger on the pulse of culture and a strong understanding of the landscape and potential partners.
