What is the role?
We are recruiting for a UK Operations Executive to support the Operations Manager in the development and adoption of operational excellence within the UK business/ clients.
The UK Operations Executive will be responsible for the maintenance and continuous improvement of processes within the key UK clients such as TalkTalk, Vitality, Ocado, Shell etc. to maximise ways of working and efficiencies in time and resource as well as supporting in the development of clear training guides.
This person will support on the maintenance of key digital platforms (planning, reporting, finance, etc.) to improve data structure and accuracy as well as incorporating automation of repetitive tasks.
Supporting on key operational challenges within the different client and broader agency teams will be key to the success of the operations team. This includes working with key stakeholders to get a good understanding of the situation and come up with potential solutions in order to improve ways of working. All with the guidance and support of the broader operations team.
This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, attention to detail orientated, process driven candidate with ambition to learn everything about media and make positive change inside and outside the organisation. Learning will be a huge part of this role with thorough onboarding, support and guidance provided by the existing operations team members.
