MediaCom was recently awarded the global AOR assignment for Uber.

Our role is to help the Uber business grow and "glocalize" the future of Media: ensure its local and global team members are integrating and connecting with agility,and delivering best-in-class marketing experiences to its consumers across its growing range of businesses.

To serve Uber's needs, we are creating a bespoke solution with the best of WPP for Uber - Accelerate. Accelerate is the opportunity to build what will be MediaCom's model in a few years. Joining the team provides you with regional CEO & Global Exco Exposure, a start up experience in a large global company and rapid career advancement within our organization.

With 30 countries, +200 plus team members, and regular new product launches, the account is looking for a R egional digital executive to support this complexity with high organization, collaboration, and agility, inspiring markets to be bold and be active participants on the Team Uber community.


The Regional Digital Executive is responsible for responsible for supporting Planning managers in planning, coordinating and implementing the digital strategy for Uber client across all APAC markets.

You will participate in monitoring and evaluation on the effectiveness of different media channels. You will also work together with the offshore execution team and local Mediacom teams for all day-to-day media planning and client service activities associated with assigned accounts.

The role requires collaboration with many stakeholders in planning and investment, across many levels, in a highly matrixed organization. In this capacity the Regional Digital executive must be able to manage the many projects we balance.

Working with the team's regional leadership, you will help the team accomplish challenging goals and objectives, balancing client, company, and team priorities.

  • Work with Mediacom local teams to deliver integrated multi-channel solutions that achieve overall client objectives and business KPIs

  • Solid digital foundation
  • Google AdWords Certification OR Facebook blueprint certification desirable
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, advertising/marketing agencies, media owners and internal specialist resources)
  • Basic knowledge of global industry trends, consumer trends, promotional resources, market status, and competition
  • be a strong communicator - English is our global language
  • Solid understanding of interactive research tools
  • Understanding of the principles of marketing and advertising, as well as media concepts and terms, creative and budget requirements
  • Able to understand media data sources in terms of what is measured, the method, and information reported
  • Must possess strong written, presentation, analytical, quantitative, and verbal skills

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred, advanced degree a plus
  • At least 1-3 years' experience in Digital planning or execution
