Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for day-to-day administration of the account and supporting team
  • Helps organise and attends internal team and client meetings
  • Updates and maintains internal and client status reports and ensures prompt distribution
  • Works closely with Senior Account Manager on global campaign rollouts
  • Supports Account Managers and ensures smooth running of projects
  • Manages adhoc requests from satellite offices
  • Ensures finances and billing are in order
  • Works closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Transcreation & Broadcast
  • Collates any information needed for input to client reports and presentations
  • Provides any additional administrative support to team as required


Essential Experience & Skills Required:
  • Some experience of working in a TV, print, or digital production role
  • Some experience with managing projects
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent oral and written English essential
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Organisational and time management skills, including ability to manage workload and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with data
  • Team player
  • Enthusiastic, confident and pro-active


Desirable Experience:
  • Must be a marketing or advertising graduate
  • Worked as an intern or have a huge passion for the industry
  • Preferably fluent in at least 1 European language
