We are looking for a recruiter to help support our growing recruitment department and our expanding recruitment needs across the U.S. This position will help to support all of our U.S. locations. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to start or expand their recruitment career.

Required Skills
  • Provide input and support for talent team through the development and management of candidate life cycle
  • Track high volume of applications and manage updates within our applicant tracking system/database
  • Help source candidates through various networks
  • Coordinate internal and external job requisitions and postings
  • Schedule and coordinate multistage interviews
  • Communicate constantly with the recruitment team, candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience and seamless recruitment process
  • Support intern program initiatives
  • Perform budget maintenance and reconciliation
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the needs of the team
  • Greet candidates when they arrive and remain a presence throughout their interview time to ensure a smooth transition from interviewer to interviewer
  • Help with school events and presentations
  • Manage the collection of hiring manager feedback after candidate interviews

Required Experience
  • Recent agency recruitment experience (digital ideal) preferred but not mandatory; experience and high comfort level with a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is a must
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Excel and ATS databases (Keynote a plus)
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and go with the flow
  • Great can-do attitude combined with a strong work ethic
  • Flexible, able to change direction quickly
  • Must have excellent time management and outstanding oral and written communications skills
  • Experience interacting with all levels of management
  • Passion for advertising
