About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our busy Operations team in a hybrid working environment in either Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, depending on your location.

We are looking for a super organised, highly enthusiastic and proactive person to support our Account Management and Facilitation teams. This role is crucial in ensuring both our internal teams' needs are met, as well as those of our clients.

Reporting into our Business Services Manager and working alongside one other member of the Operations team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Working closely with our clients to ensure successful administration, organisation and execution of our work
  • A high level of interaction with our supplier partners
  • Liaising with venues to confirm requirements are met, such as room layouts and delivery of materials
  • Booking travel for our facilitation team for national and international events
  • Creation of VC links and invitations for online events
  • Supporting our facilitation team with diary management and travel coordination
  • Formatting and proof-reading documents and program materials
  • Data management and reporting
  • Supporting our Business Services Manager with administration
What we're looking for:
  • Preferably at least 12-18 months experience in a similar role
  • Experience using Salesforce desirable
  • Proficient at MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Focused and pays attention to the finer details
  • Extremely organised and able to prioritise competing tasks
  • Flexible and able to work to last minute deadlines
  • Proactive and efficient with your own workload
  • Creative with an eye for design
  • An interest in marketing
  • Collaborative and inclusive
  • Isn't afraid to ask for help
  • Social with a great sense of humour (and strong GIF game)
