About the Role

The Group Director, Affiliate Marketing and Performance Partnerships roll will play a critical role in the growth and success of the Affiliate practice across Neo , Mindshare and GroupM . The ide al candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for helping clients achieve success , finding creative solutions and doing great work . This candidate should have a strong background in managing affiliate programs ( 8 + years) and leading high performing teams.

Th e Group Director role will oversee a growing portfolio of accounts and will also partner closely with the Affiliate Practice lead on new business development. The role will report into the A ffiliate P ractice lead based in Los Angeles .

Qualifications:

  • 8 + years client-facing or brand-side experience within digital media (with at least 5 years affiliate -specific experience)
  • Experience working with top-tier brands across multiple markets
  • Experience managing a team of high performing direct reports
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical and comprehension skills
    • Should demonstrate v ery strong analytic thinking with ability to relate results to client business objectives
  • Proficien t in managing multiple projects - ab i l ity to multi-task, organize, prioritize and structure workload
  • Ability to work independently while e ffectively communicating and delegating to teammates in multiple locales
  • Passion for the emerging media and the digital marketplace in general - d emonstrates interest and initiative to test new partner types and tactics
  • Experience with third party affiliate tracking platforms


Responsibilities:

  • Delivering results for the client by bringing fresh out-of-the-box ideas, effectively m anag ing the team's deliverable on key client objectives, and monitoring performance
  • Assist with the growth of Neo's affiliate practice through business development effor ts
  • Lead strategic partner recruitment across our portfolio of clients
  • Ensure executional and operational excellence across the team
  • Lead and Support the team in developing strategic recommendations for scale and/or efficiency within campaigns
  • Develop, grow , and maintain strong client relationships
  • Formulate and test new tactics
