The Art Director is responsible for creating next generation multimedia design and production for advertising across all media including: online (digital and social), OOH, video, print, events and collateral campaigns and initiatives.

The ideal candidate must have a great eye for design, strong presentation creation experience, come from a print or digital background, fluent in Adobe suite, and have outstanding communication skills with demonstrated interpersonal and organizational abilities. The Art Director must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Collaborate with creative partners (writers, designers) to deliver concepts and designs on brand and to spec
  • Guide the work of team members as projects require
  • Creative development from concept to polished deliverable
  • Present ideas in a clear and concise manner
  • Effective and timely management of assigned projects
  • Utilize process workflows and manage assets to meet deadlines
  • Maintain a superior knowledge of the latest technology; learn new programs as they are released
  • Follow all aspects of file management and quality control methods

  • Graphic Arts / Fine Arts degree or relevant experience
  • A strong portfolio that showcases sensitivity to typography and design, clever, clear, conceptual thinking that showcase exciting and novel new ways of problem solving.
  • Ability to translate ideas across a variety of mediums
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat and InDesign
  • Able to provide creative/technical solutions to problems
  • Excellent eye for design and creative flair
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to provide clear feedback and honest assessments of work
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • A detail-oriented, collaborative, team-player
