The Digital Senior Media Associate will play a key role in the day-to-day media planning and implementation functions for Hill's Pet Nutrition's digital media. The Digital Senior Media Associate will assist the team in the development, execution, and stewardship of media plans, as well as other initiatives based on client requirements and needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor day-to-day digital media activities & lead client billing
  • Implement digital media plans, assuring that all aspects have been setup appropriately and running according to the plan
  • Assistant in all aspects of media planning, campaign management, media research, account management, traffic and client service
  • Digital media plan execution and oversight (e.g. ad serving, trafficking, billing systems, etc.)
  • Collaboration with the Creative, Account Management and Social teams in order to ensure digital media plan development which is integrated and complementary to overall communications/marketing strategies and plans

Required Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree; concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and/or communications.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant media experience
  • An understanding of digital media planning
  • Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
  • Ability to work within a team, handle multiple assignments and meet tight deadlines.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with clear and proven organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Digitally savvy, with specific proficiency at MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
  • Well organized and able to work as a team as well as autonomously


Technical Skills (not required but preferred)
  • Some knowledge of an ad serving platform: Campaign Manager (preferred), Sizmek, etc.
  • Billing systems: Prisma, etc
  • Syndicated research tools: MRI, Simmons, Comscore, Kantar, etc.
  • Media planning tools: Reach/Frequency, Media Tools, cross media planning, budget allocation, etc.
  • Viewability/Verification measurement tools: DoubleVerify, Integral Ad Science, Moat etc.
  • All Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Google Online Document Collaboration: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc
