The research team provides services in strategic consultancy, market intelligence, training, and new research tool development. Cross-screen video optimization is one of the most important topics in implementation research today. As non-linear video grows in size and complexity, the research team needs to lead the industry in developing tools, techniques, and best practices, which presents a rare opportunity to be at the forefront of rapid change in our industry. The Associate Director will be expected to conduct these projects. It requires someone with advanced knowledge of reach accumulation and optimization and the ability to evaluate "the new." The Associate Director will also be an internal consultant to client teams across GroupM that are facing optimization challenges and can be client-facing, if necessary. For new business pitches that require optimization, they will help manage RFP's.
