Role context:

Sr. Manager of content and influencers will be responsible for leading the influencer marketing business for MENA region. This person should have a strong understanding of content marketing to develop content and influencer strategies for short and long term projects.

Core responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative content strategies with keen understanding of consumer insights
  • Should be able to craft influencer strategies in alignment with social, creative and media
  • Handle and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors for existing clients and increase the portfolio for long term ambassador programs.
  • Work with internal strategy teams to craft brand proposals for content & influencer marketing
  • Collaborate across functions (Social / Creative / Strategy) and silos to deliver an effective content marketing strategy
  • Support and be part of a core pitch team
  • Manage and grow relationships with 3 rd party partners / suppliers
  • Will be responsible for the P&L of influencer department

Required skills / experience:
  • Should have a keen understanding of social content and how to build it for brands
  • Should be able to work under pressure, managing multiple brands of different nature and leading multiple campaigns at the same time
  • Should be able to use Microsoft office and build creative presentations
  • Should be able to build relationship with client, partners and influencers
  • Must have a business acumen to understand how to grow revenue for the department
