Position at Mindshare

Mindshare is looking for a robust & dynamic, result oriented media professional with atleast 12+years of proven track record, to spearhead the Trading and Exchange responsibilities

Reporting of the role

This role reports to both the Client Leader

Measures of success -

Short term goal would be working along with the team to win client/media partner confidence and deliver on revenue goals.

In three months:
  • Understood the Mindshare workings to navigate through all the verticals and groups
  • Bond with internal team to ensure deliverables are met
  • Gain client confidence

In six months:
  • Won client confidence
  • Ensure all details and accuracy in all submissions and workings
  • Initiated and closed set opportunities pipelines
  • Ability to ensure that the opportunity pipeline is made robust along with strict plans for roll outs

In 12 months:
  • Aligned and start delivering on an agreed plan of the group's vision with strict time bound yardsticks of delivery
  • Worked on award winning works

Responsibilities of the role:
  • To proactively lead and supervise all aspect of client's investment process to provide insightful plans relevant to the client
  • Engage with CEO/CMO at client side to deliver investment solutions and be the trusted media investment adviser
  • To create a culture of the Mindshare vision of Speed, Provocation and Team work and ensure proactive contribution to media solutions aligned with their business goals
  • Engage with media partners to deliver integrated solutions that are not only efficient but are effective
  • Ensure all internal and external conflicts are resolved proactively in a timely manner
  • Oversee team not only in the development of the client investment strategy but also in their own through trainings and active coaching.

What you will need:
  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience with majority years in relevant roles
  • Deep understanding of all media including digital
  • Highly passionate, collaborative and solution oriented
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent relationships with senior media partners
  • Business acumen along with an entrepreneur's mind-set
