Key Purpose:

Your goal is to deliver best in class programmatic media strategy, planning and buying for our clients and manage and inspire your reports to do the same. You will do this by living and breathing the Outcomes vision and ensuring that the work we do is aligned to the Outcomes KPI's.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Overall responsibility for all day-to-day planning, implementation and execution (overseeing trading) across all programmatic channels
  • Builds understanding of the strategic role programmatic plays within the overall digital buy
  • Delivers strategic responses to client briefs as well as proactive opportunities
  • Sets best practice KPIs for all programmatic strategies and benchmarks for all campaigns
  • Has a clear understanding of their client's category and business objectives
  • Develops trusted relationships with clients, media owners, data and tech partners
  • Ensure they and their reports live and breathe the Mindshare values everyday
  • Coaches Execs and Assistants regularly to deliver their work to a high standard and in a timely manner
  • Helps to deliver Outcomes related strategy to increase/maintain client TRR/appraisal scores
  • Manages programmatic media budget for their client portfolio and ensures there are no overspends
  • Oversees billing process to ensure account queries are kept to a minimum
  • Completes accurate timesheets in a timely manner and ensures directs reports do too


Given the Manager level is responsible for client outcomes as well as output of the Executive and Assistant they will ideally have 3+ years experience.
