WE ARE HOGARTH AUSTRALIA

We are a global leader in production services, giving our clients the edge by making the best work, brilliantly.

We operate in two connected yet distinct markets: Traditional production and adaptation, and creative content production driven by data and insight. We combine craft, insight and technology to bring creative work to life.

Hogarth Worldwide is home to 4,500 employees; we operate in 111 languages across 157 markets. We are part of the WPP network.

We believe:
  • Big ideas demand smart delivery (intelligent)
  • In a constant push for better (relentless)
  • Creative can always work harder (outcome driven)
  • The next new thing is only a moment away (innovative)
YOUR ROLE IN A NUTSHELL

As a progressive and fast-scaling content production company, who use craft, data, insights and technology to keep their clients at the edge of their content need, we are now looking for a senior, client-facing Systems Analyst who has broad marketing technology experience, but with a deep understanding of end-to-end content workflow solutions and digital asset management (DAM) /asset lifecycle management (ALM) platforms.

You will be an evangelist for how technology can make the content creation and delivery process more efficient and help bridge the gap between our internal content creation capabilities and our clients' "content-hungry" MarTech platforms.

You'll also be our go to expert when it comes to implementing our proprietary technology solutions - including our Open Content Platform.

As Hogarth's Systems Analyst, you'll be adept at researching problems, designing bespoke solutions, recommending actions and coordinating with stakeholders in order to implement specified requirements. You will be able to assess current systems, procedures and business processes and create detailed action plans based on the requirements set.

You will consult with senior internal and external stakeholders and as such, have strong written and verbal communication skills to aid with negotiations, proposals and persuasive presenting. You will interact with suppliers and third-party vendors and be able to provide agnostic and specialist advice on the best solutions to meet our clients' needs.

WHAT IT TAKES
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar, technology-based role.
  • Ideally experience working across Sitecore, Adobe and Salesforce technology stacks and other best-in-class workflow and digital asset management platforms.
  • Consultative and critical thinker with brilliant interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and presenting solutions, innovations and options.
  • Adaptability, ingenuity, candour and flexibility as this role requires an individual who can perform a wide range of tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change.
  • Technical, able to talk with fellow architects and engineers and cut through jargon.
  • Strong project direction skills and persuasive storytelling/presentation ability.
  • A desire to continuously learn, displaying an openness to new perspectives that could lead to a better result.
