Position at MediaCom

This role will have a critical part in ensuring consistent and quality outputs across multiple high-profile deliverables, setting priorities, and creating a collaborative environment. They will serve as a key link between US activation team and our client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Able to manage and lead all communications between Planning, Clients, Activation teams, and Buy enablement to ensure creative and asset needs are met across all campaigns for various different brands
  • Well versed in creative best practices/needs across all media channels and able to strategize with team/clients
  • In partnership with account lead and clients, lead planning/creative needs from point of client briefing to execution and reporting
  • Creative thinker who can work to optimize and automate current creative processes to ensure workflow is streamlined and consistent across all brands
  • Should be extremely well organized and able to manage multiple workflows at once
  • Can clearly communicate and manage deadlines across multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth campaign setup and launch
  • Detail oriented with critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Maintain client facing documents to ensure accuracy and closely supervise the implementation and execution
  • Serve as key point of contact between internal, external stakeholders and remote teams.
  • Proactively manage and maintain positive relationships across diverse client list.
  • Work closely with the Activation team to identify new opportunities for efficiencies and solutions.
  • Effectively and accurately translate business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Work directly with engineers and project managers to ensure all projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
  • Work with team leadership to implement standardization and best practices to improve overall team structure.
  • Troubleshoot and QA issues.

  • Experience working with and gaining buy-in from C-suite and executive leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


Key Requirements
  • 3+ years of digital media experience a plus.
  • Client Management or Client Success experience a plus.
  • Experience working directly with individuals from Activation teams.
