Overview of job

As a Junior Systems Accelerator (Performance Specialist), you will oversee the execution and implementation of campaigns in Biddable platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, DV360, etc) across APAC countries for prestigious Mediacom accounts. You will also provide guidance to the team working on those brands and support the regional team in developing the business capabilities across accounts.

Reporting of the role

This role reports to the APAC Director Systems Acceleration.

Measures of success -

In three months:
  • Have a basic understanding about client triggers
  • Began looking for growth opportunities within the accounts for paid search and other digital services
  • Already established trust with the in-market team to guide them and mentor them for greater success
  • Have begun understanding where opportunities exist to streamline and/or consolidate processes
  • A general idea of the search/social behaviors of the individual markets

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Oversee the implementation and execution of Performance campaigns across multiple brands in APAC countries
  • Set expectations and deliver on multiple projects
  • Support in hitting Performance KPIs for brands regionally, which work to prove the value of paid search & biddable to the clients and internal teams
  • Support in maintaining a forum for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
  • Work on cross-functional teams with internal teams, and media owners

What you will need:
  • Passion for Digital and data
  • Good teamwork skills
  • Basic understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social & biddable platforms, and their implications - ideally 1 or 2 years of hands-on experience
  • Basic understanding of Analytics
