Hudson Rouge is a luxury boutique marketing and communications agency that works solely on luxury brands as the exclusive agency of record for the Lincoln Automotive business across all channels. We combine brand strategy, media strategy, activation, digital, social, earned media, production, and analytics to provide exquisitely crafted creativity. We are a small group of people, spread across several offices; New York, Detroit, Shanghai, Toronto, Mexico City and we care for each other as much as we care for our client. Our strategists help develop creative solutions to business problems. They immerse themselves in our Clients brands to identify opportunities for a better future and the issues stopping our brands from getting there. They provide insight, inspiration and direction to the Agency, working with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver excellence that makes a difference. We are currently seeking a team leader who combines the ability to inspire creativity across endless potential touch-points with a robust understanding of business effectiveness.

In this role you will...
  • Run the planning group day-to-day, managing & mentoring a team of Sr. Strategists
  • Understand business drivers, competitor activity, brand intel, consumer insights and emerging trends relevant to our key Clients' business.
  • Discover transformative insights, informed by market research, metrics and consumer understanding
  • Lead concept development and apply research findings to shape strategic platforms
  • Develop strategies to inform, inspire and guide world class creative solutions
  • Deliver creative briefings, which inspire creative work across Broadcast, Digital, Social, Experiential and more
  • Design integrated communications plans by championing collaboration between Strategy and other departments, including Creative and Media
  • Elevate the quality of work across the strategy group and therefore the agency.
  • Provide training initiatives and sources of inspiration to optimize the team's potential
  • Manage Joint Business Plans with key partners like Google and Facebook
  • Maintain strategic rigor to measure, assess and drive creative effectiveness
  • Develop trusting relationships with Senior Executive Clients.
  • Report to the Global CSO.

  • Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead multi-disciplinary team towards a common goal
  • Highly capable at developing brand strategies across Broadcast, Digital, Social and Experiential Media
  • Competent Communications Planning practitioner able to deliver simple yet sophisticated plans to cohere creative and media disciplines
  • In tune with the modern, constantly evolving media landscape and how people want to engage in it
  • A knowledge driven person with an appetite for understanding business and industry drivers, competitor activity, brand intel, consumer insights and emerging consumer trends.
  • Really insightful. Understanding how people tick and why they do what they do. Discovering and sharing fresh perspectives that have the power to change perceptions.
  • A clear point of view on the role of brands in today's world and how they can build powerful relationships with people in the current media landscape
  • Note: We don't gauge capabilities based on years of experience or academic certificates. However, automotive experience will be extremely beneficial.
