The Team

Finecast US is a start-up incubator within the well-established WPP holding company. We are looking to create and grow a team spanning Engagement, Operations, Client Services, Marketing, Business Operations, Finance and Product, Data & Analytics functions.

Finecast is a team of individuals shaping the future of TV advertising, and as such, we set high standards for the individuals we hire and the skillsets they bring to our business.

The Role Objectives

The Operations Executive is a role that will allow the candidate to go behind the scenes of an advertising campaign. Supporting the Commercial teams to fulfil our client's goals. in deciding the best targeting and supply, keeping track of when assets are due, setting up the video assets, monitoring key goals and reporting on all activity. Get hands on experience with the activation platforms to transfer a video into a highly-targeted advertising execution.


Campaign Management
  • Creative and pixel trafficking
  • Creation and management of campaigns
  • Monitoring pacing and performance of campaigns
  • Work closely with Client Services on the support of targeting recommendation process for client briefs and forecasting
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks and responsibilities concurrently

Reporting and Analytics
  • Make recommendations and optimisations to ensure goals are met
  • Operational troubleshooting and technical support
  • Discrepancy investigation and resolution
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate your findings and solutions in both written and verbal.

  • Working with your manager to meet goals of the Operations Team and to fulfil the team strategy.
  • Responsible for the quality of the campaigns working within team SLA's

Candidate Requirements

The successful candidate:
  • 0-1 years of experience
  • A tech savvy individual, interested in learning about the digital advertising world.
  • Good organisational and numerical skills
  • ‎A strong communicator - who can translate technical detail into a simple summary A self-starter who's not afraid to ask for help or volunteer with new ideas
