What does a Talent Partner do at Hogarth?

Our Talent Team is looking for a Talent Partner to join the team dedicated to one of Hogarth's biggest clients, an iconic global tech brand. This role will be working on roles including freelance, permanent and FTC and can involve working on several different roles; ranging from Business Director, Transcreation Account Manager, Project Manager, Artworker, etc. You will work with a variety of stakeholders within the wider team
  • Resourcing at all levels, recruiting correctly skilled staff for the variety of roles
  • First interviewer for all candidates for the London offices, shortlisting and recommending candidates for second stage interview with Line Managers
  • Build good relationships across the Hogarth business (including senior management) to clearly understand the business requirements when recruiting for a role - challenging them where necessary using your recruitment expertise
  • Utilising and managing social media for direct recruitment - enhancing and developing our Employer Brand
  • Building pipelines for frequently recruited roles
  • Keeping up to date with industry news
  • Managing offers to candidates and working closely with the HR department to coordinate contracts and start dates (including successfully negotiating candidate remuneration)
  • Advertising - write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised
  • Database management for candidates using our ATS

Requirements
  • A background in recruitment ideally within advertising/media /production
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a high volume of CV's, roles and candidate correspondence
  • Adept interviewer, preferably experienced at competency based interviewing
  • Highly driven and focused with high energy levels
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills - demonstrable evidence that they can build relationships at all levels of the business, be trusted and known to always act with integrity
  • Organised - structured in approach so that all levels of the recruitment process are recorded effectively, and candidates are impressed by the process as well as those recruiting
  • Proactive nature - to provide recommendations to improve processes relating to the delivery of recruitment services to the business
  • Gravitas - to be able to gain respect and be sought out for their advice
  • An interest in people's career development
  • Sound commercial understanding
  • Strong attention to detail
