Position Overview:

The Production Coordinator is responsible for assisting with day to day activities of the Project Management team. S/he will provide administrative support to the Production Team as assigned and will help ensure smooth flow of information between teams.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in project meetings.
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Coordinating and facilitating meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Working with the production team to ensure project deadlines are met
  • Determining project changes.

Required Qualifications, Skills & Abilities :
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multi-task.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and team orientation, with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professional staff from varied disciplines and backgrounds.
  • Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem solve.
  • Ability to effectively handle and protect sensitive and confidential company information.
  • Ability to wear multiple hats and work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment.
