The Production Coordinator / Front of House sits within Hogarth's Melbourne Content Studio team and is located in Port Melbourne, Australia.

A multi-faceted role role, the ProductionCoordinator/FOH is responsible for the successful day to day running of Hogarth's Bertie Street Front of House desk in all aspects of FOH management and associated office administrative duties, along with support across production workstreams and coordination tasks on key clients - which may include supporting Producers across fashion & retail sample management workstreams, studio facilities management and set construction.

The Production Coordinator / FOH reports to the Production Manager in Melbourne and works closely with the Producer teams, Studio Manager and Studio Coordinator.

  • Lead and manage the Front of House desk and office admin duties at Hogarth's Studio located at Bertie Street, Port Melbourne.
  • Act as First point of contact - answering the phone and email with courtesy and clarity; ensuring clients and suppliers are professionally directed to the relevant Hogarth team
  • Provide admin support for the Production Manager, Senior Producers and Studio Coordinator, with tasks including but not limited to checking people into studio, booking facilities, and managing freelance sample hands.
  • Assist the Production Manager with resourcing when required
  • Support the Production Manager and Senior Producers with tracking all samples and props in the content production pipeline; dispatching product donations on completion of productions; Handling deliveries and pickups for the sample team and studio.
  • Maintain relationships with external suppliers and partners such as facilities, trades and freelance sample hands.
  • Assist Studio Coordinator in the day-to-day running of studio, including equipment hire for shoots, props, sets, equipment maintenance, crew bump in and bump outs on shoots, and general assistance in keeping the studio running smoothly
  • Receive and sort production / props for shoots and organise the delivery of goods into the office
  • Keeping meeting rooms and studios tidy, ensuring Hogarth and WPP policies are implemented (such as Covid Safe practices)

  • Excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to effectively prioritise simultaneous demands and adapt / respond appropriately.
  • Experience working within a Front of House / Reception environment, ideally in a creative, production or advertising based business
  • Able to assist the Set Manager in set-up and break-down of large sets and props, paint and construct sets in studio.
  • Proficient in EXCEL and able to help manage spreadsheets, schedules and data; Exceptional attention to detail.
