What you'll get to do:
  • Work with: Product team engineers (a mix of Frontend and Backend/Cloud engineers), Product Managers, engineers from other product teams, technical stakeholders from within the organization and on the client side
  • Lead development team to deliver the expected value
  • Oversee technical solutions and implemented code
  • Implement highly reliable and performant code
  • Co-define, adapt and evangelize product architecture, SDLC and NFR approach
  • Co-define and execute technical roadmap of the product
  • Design solutions addressing client needs
  • Set technical standards and ensure technical consistency
  • Take part in internal initiatives that combine business and technology (open-source projects, hackathons, R&D)
  • Provide mentorship and support for less experienced developers

What you should have:
  • Ability to deliver goals instead of tasks
  • Knowledge and awareness of the following technologies and architectures: Java, distributed systems, microservices, Azure or other cloud providers, Docker, Kubernetes, the concept of Observability
  • Quick learning abilities
  • Broad technology knowledge, and ability to add or remove technical details depending on the stakeholder's technical knowledge
  • Well-developed soft skills: leadership, communication, self-reliance, initiative and being great at discovering and managing own priorities
  • Will to work in a low-constrained environment with high freedom level
  • Very good English

What we offer:
  • Salary depending on presented skills: 19 000 - 26 000 PLN gross (Contract of Employment) or 21 000 - 28 000 PLN (B2B). Choose the employment type that works best for you
