A Design Director who wants to create the best work of their career. Based out of our Amsterdam studio.

• Create work of the highest standard that solves business problems head-on.
• Come up with new, unique ideas, and motivate others to do the same.
• Inspire, share and delegate.
• Present all stages of the design process directly to clients.
• Mentor the designers and encourage an open, collaborative working culture.
• Keep on top of your game, and a design world that's always changing.

About you

• Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Luxury and/or Health
• Breadth of experience - having created great work for big international brands, small arts organisations and everything in between
• Award winning work, not a must but always lovely to see
• You know the difference between decoration and creative problem solving
• You're not just a visual thinker. You can make your ideas come alive with words too, inspiring the Big idea
• You respond well to criticism, and stick with a brief when it doesn't go to plan
• You lead teams without casting a shadow
• You maximise creative opportunities wherever they appear.
