Associate Strategist, Social

We are seeking an Associate Strategy to join our Social Business team. The role involves conducting research and analysis to inform our digital and social media strategies. Along with a strong understanding of social media platforms and regional markets, the ideal candidate will demonstrate robust project management capabilities, client relationship management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Knowledge of fashion, retail, and major regional social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok is important. Familiarity with platforms such as Line & Kakao Talk, as well as Chinese social media (e.g., Douyin, Wechat, Xiaohongshu), is a plus.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to understand the target audience, market trends, and competitors.
  • Develop informed digital and social media marketing strategies.
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and best practices in digital and social marketing, using these insights to maximize the company's reach to its target audience.
  • Coordinate with various vendors to ensure a seamless execution of all aspects of the digital marketing strategy.
  • Manage projects efficiently, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Desired Skills:
  • Solid knowledge of the advertising industry and regional social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Threads, and TikTok. Knowledge of Line, Kakao Talk, and Chinese social media platforms such as Douyin, Wechat, and Xiaohongshu is a plus.
  • Interest in or knowledge of fashion, with the ability to utilize this understanding in the creation of effective strategies. A passion for retail is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of emerging technologies in digital marketing and social media, and the ability to incorporate this knowledge into effective strategies.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent client relationship management skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, with fluency in English.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, or a related role in the advertising industry.
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
