About the Role

This is a senior position in the Client Leadership function. In this role as Client Director, you will support and develop existing client relationships and help the new business function develop new opportunities. You will have a deep understanding of your clients' business and what keeps them awake at night. The Client Director will ensure the smooth running of business relations, setting up effective and efficient business processes, ensuring all work is to time and budget. The Client Director will lead on communications with the client, ensuring the execution of projects and on-going reporting.
About You

You will have experience in a client leadership position with a deep understanding of agency processes. You will be passionate about brand and design and have a vested interest in global brand management and design processes. You will have previous experience in budgeting, project planning, time management and resource management. If you are someone that naturally inspires and develops relationships that are long-lasting, can work at all levels but comfortable with senior stakeholders both internal and external then please get in touch. This role will suit you if you are highly motivated, you enjoy collaborating with teams and have a point of view, can make judgements when briefing and think strategically and commercially.
