Associate Director, Analytics

Our ideal candidate is dyed-in-the-wool analytics and martech / adtech curious individual with experience working in a media agency environment. This position will be responsible for the management and oversight of cross-channel media performance reporting, creative analytics, modeling, data strategy, and infrastructure. In this role, you are working in a fully integrated structure on the performance and analytics team , with constant collaboration with Strategy & Business Intelligence , Media P lanning and T rading teams , you will help drive new analytics innovation for our clients by delivering value, working collaboratively developing our analytics talent, and building solutions and trust in data-driven decision making with our clients. In this role, you will get exposure to Adobe, Google, Amperity, and other leading analytics platforms. Working on our client, you will get an experience unlike any other analytics role available for a media agency today. This role reports to the Director of Performance and Analytics.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Experience in media measurement and marketing analytics strategy and modeling, able to bring to life insights across customer behavior, journey, and touchpoints, through data and analytics
  • Experience in analytic techniques, statistical modeling, and web analytics for MROI, CLV, attribution, and other customer and marketing-related domains
  • Turn complex data into opportunities as you will oversee performance reporting that goes beyond digital media to deliver reporting, dashboards, and insights
  • Data governance practices include organizational models, roles/responsibilities, technology, tag management, and organization. Your goal is to ensure everyone understands the goal of clean data to insights.
  • Leading practices in data management including master, reference, metadata, data quality, data protection, data life cycle management
  • The ability to design use cases and build work back plans for analytics initiatives
  • The ability to turn results into compelling stories anchored in improving our client's investment, brand, and business
  • Experience in GA360/GA4, Azure, Big Query, Tableau, and other crucial analytics platforms and infrastructure

Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics
  • Media Agency background preferred
  • A practitioner of data-driven marketing, martech , marketing analytics with experience in Google, Adobe, and SFMC as well as Azure, AWS, and GCP
  • Ability to work in Google Studio and/or Tableau
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
  • Experience in dynamic situations and ability to shift gears comfortably and effectively
  • Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Big picture thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future.
  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, openness to learning new tools, and adapting how you work.
  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences, developing, and coaching diverse teams, and ensuring diverse perspectives are heard.
  • Demonstrated experience in Data & Analytics, project execution, practice management, and development.
  • Inspire and mentor team for them to grow and evolve in the analytics world,
  • Experience in Marketing Mix Model will be a plus
