You are a dedicated professional who independently develops and optimizes email campaigns. In this role, you maintain close contact with our clients, strive to achieve set objectives, and inspire where possible.

You work closely with your colleagues at Newcraft but primarily with our client's marketing teams, brand teams, and e-commerce teams. Email is your tactical and strategic tool to reach customers, increase engagement, and stimulate conversions. Additionally, you are always willing to collaborate with your colleagues on how to improve our clients' campaigns.

Your responsibilities

• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns, from the briefing to publishing, analyze and report on the results.
• Manage our clients' email marketing calendar and involve the relevant teams.
• Thoroughly test all outgoing emails.
• Conduct A/B tests to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Analyze email campaign performance and report on the results.
• Optimize work processes for our clients and propose improvements.
• Create responsive and personalized email templates.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in email marketing to provide our clients with the best advice.

What we expect from you

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience as an email marketer.
• Experience with email marketing software, such as SFMC, Selligent, Clang, Tripolis, MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, or similar systems.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and accuracy.
• Independence and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Data-driven and creative in setting up converting campaigns and content.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proactive and resourceful.
• Flexibility and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic experience and/or knowledge of HTML is a plus.
• Experience in writing email copy is a plus.
• Knowledge of GA4 is a plus.
