Data analyst, Amsterdam

As a Data Analyst at Newcraft you'll delve into the data of our A-brand clients in order to improve their channel conversions. You're a crucial link in the digital acceleration of our top brand clients.

What you'll be working on

Together with your fellow Commerce team members, you will make sure our clients achieve digital growth. You will collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to discover opportunities that improve the online customer journey. In this process, you collaborate closely with the client to ensure that your knowledge and skills are effectively transferred.

Your responsibilities

• Collect, plan and execute data driven online optimization programs.
• Initiate hypothesis-driven A/B tests with the aim of improving visitor to buyer conversion.
• Translate data into comprehensible visualizations using Google Analytics, Tableau or a similar program.
• Advise and convince teams at every level.
• Create and guide implementation of measurement plans for both web and app.
• Involving various teams in your optimization plans, regardless of their level of digital maturity.

Qualifications

• A background of 1-3 years in analytics in a commercial online setting.
• Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Python, or R, and a strong inclination toward these technologies.
• Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform, including GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio is beneficial.
• Bonus points for experience in A/B testing and familiarity with customer feedback tools like Optimizely, VWO, Hotjar, or Usabilla.
• If you know your way around visualisation tools like PowerBI or Tableau, that would make you a superstar.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.
