Who we are looking for: Wunderman Thompson is looking for a motivated Experience Strategist to join our CX team creating complete customer experiences for Canadian and American clients. Reporting to the Chief Experience Officer, Strategy and collaborating across a portfolio of brands, you will play a critical role in user research and experience strategy development. We are open to candidates in Toronto and Montreal. What you'll do:
  • Discover | Conduct primary and secondary research (ex. stakeholder interviews) to identify needs, craft personas, journeys, competitor audits, and gather other requirements.
  • Develop | Collaborate in the development of product (websites, apps, service) and complete CX/UX strategies at the intersection of consumer, business needs and technology. Outputs could include discovery documents, best in class reviews, audits, product strategy, content strategy, information architectures, user flows etc.
  • Own and Partner | Collaborate with Design, UX, Creative, Technology and other disciplines on the CX/product strategy. Recommend long term andshort-term strategies including new features, innovations, optimizations, and ideas.

What you'll need:
  • 4 to 5 years of experience in strategic roles with a focus on UX/Product/CX.
  • Knowledge and know-how of marketing fundamentals, user experience and digital ecosystems.
  • Experience being part of building CMS based websites, features, and other digital experiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to partner or individually perform research, best-in-class, competitive, content audits, etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to create web/digital/content strategies.
  • Understanding of modern technologies and marketing technology stacks (CMS, CRM, Paid and owned media etc.), personalization, commerce, etc.
  • Ability to document and present thinking to a broad range of agency and client stakeholders.
  • English fluency required. French fluency an asset.
