The Role

We are looking for a Digital Designer, designing for digital advertising campaigns with Motion Design at the forefront.

You must be enthusiastic about digital design and constantly looking at the next innovation. A candidate for this position must be able to work in fast-paced environment. Flexibility and tolerance are a necessity.

Your day-to-day tasks will include storyboarding and designing banner campaigns, working closely with the client team and following their lead on the creative, being able to think outside the box and push the norm where possible, and setting up design structure and process working with the studio digital project manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • A high level of attention to detail, with a drive to create and maintain incredibly high standards
  • Experience - Of working on and delivering digital advertising campaigns (knowledge and experience in development is an advantage)
  • Communicate - A strong communicator you should have the ability to articulate and support design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy
  • Organized - You should be able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules. Experience working with brand guidelines
  • Passionate in regard to your work
  • Expert knowledge of current design trends and techniques
  • Able to take a creative scamp and produce an asset that represents Hogarth's high-quality approach to everything we do
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite products
  • Ability to formulate and communicate the creative vision for projects, to the team and the client
  • Sharp eye for concept and execution
  • Design style/ sensibilities must be current, forward-thinking and audience aware
  • Experience in working in a creative/digital agency on large global accounts
  • Flexible with your time when required for the client

A proven track record of:
  • Producing quality work in a short time frame
  • Meeting project deadlines
  • Working effectively in a commercial environment
  • Attention to detail
  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a similar environment
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies
