A Hybrid working model

Now offices are fully open we have embraced a hybrid working model, which allows our employees to split their time between the office and other locations, something we hope will provide everyone much more flexibility to their working week. The expectation is that working life at Hogarth will involve working from the office for about 50% of the time for most people. The Digital Campaign Manager (Digital Project Manager) role is a mix of hands-on project execution as well as leading our innovative dynamic / programmatic capabilities for a large national client across several lines of businesses and stakeholders.This role will help liaise with our off-shore teams to support high volume asset delivery. Your key mission will be to develop strong working relationships with agency partners to plan, document, execute and deliver digital campaigns adhering to schedule and budget. This includes managing multiple projects at the same time with the ability to effectively lead the partner teams through the digital production process.

Communication and collaboration is critical to the role and will require intelligently and effectively coordinating with creative, technical, account management and leadership within Hogarth and with our clients.

  • Be an internal and external source of expertise in the digital campaign field and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
  • Onshore day to day client liaison for high volume OLA Banner work (Standard, DCO and Static) and Website/Application Tiles
  • Manage and optimize internal workflow to ensure/increase productivity
  • Project execution including scope change, briefing and progress tracking
  • Project closing documentation
  • Conduct weekly status meetings with project stakeholders, both client-side and internal teams
  • Effectively communicate all aspects of the projects, from daily status to potential blockers and resolutions
  • Be the lead and pioneer of how process and digital campaign projects should be delivered
  • Ensure you have considerable experience delivering digital campaigns from start to finish
  • Show an entrepreneurial spirit and show pro-activeness to own the roles
  • Create production briefs for offshore teams to assure clear direction and communication of projects

  • 5+ years experience within the Digital landscape
  • Experienced delivering digital campaign projects (typically standard and DCO HTML5 campaigns)
  • Experience of working in (preferably large) digital agencies on large global or national accounts
  • Be an internal source of expertise in the digital campaign field and respond swiftly and concisely to any questions or queries
  • Demonstrable experience in managing the production and distribution of digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of Ad Server Platforms (In depth experience with DoubleClick, Sizmek, Flashtalking and Jivox) and Execution Lists/Media Plans
  • Experience managing programmatic and DCO campaigns and Automation experience is a strong plus
  • Delivery experience for Banners, and Website assets
  • Test management and execution with understanding of QA practices
  • Scope Management: The ability to control the work included in a project, ensuring that all the work that has been scoped and budgeted can be delivered
  • Overall project management, collaborating with partner agencies and remote teams
  • Experience utilizing Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace for project management
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
