CMI Media Group is searching for an exceptional Engagement Planning Supervisor with visionary skills to transform marketing objectives into inspiring media strategies . In this role, you will o versee the development of tactical plans aligned to media and marketing goals. You will be responsible for a team of E ngagement Planners where they will teach, mentor, and manage cross functional projects .

Your Role:

• Audience Insight Expansion: Deepen your understanding of how media captivates audiences across various channels, crafting orchestrated omnichannel experiences that resonate.
• Strategic Planning Architect: Contribute to creating media strategy deliverables, leveraging best practices, tools, and data to sculpt impactful strategies.
• Supplier Collaboration: Develop Request For Proposals (RFPs) for suppliers ahead of tactical planning and meet regularly to stay abreast of emerging media technologies.
• Client Empowerment: Craft compelling POVs for clients on new opportunities and collaborate on media planning/execution functions when needed.
• Insights & Presentations: Partner with the Business Intelligence team to develop measurement insights and competitive presentations for clients, providing comprehensive insights into media performance.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5-6 years experience as a Planner/Buyer, with a comprehensive understanding of media channels (online/offline, traditional, emerging) and syndicated tools.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Communication Prowess: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation abilities.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to coach junior team members, foster collaborative relationships, and manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strategic Vision: Ability to translate long-range visions into clear strategies, inspiring others to undertake challenging tasks and projects.
• Results-Focused Approach: Driven by results and consistently meets targets and commitments for performance, ensuring the success of business needs.
