Role Overview:

As the Manager of Digital Marketing Analytics, you will spearhead the measurement, analysis, and optimization of both online and offline marketing campaigns across diverse accounts. Your role will involve collaborating cross-functionally and across organizations to ensure impeccable reporting quality, consistency, and timely deliverables.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategic discussions, drive reporting deliverables, and shape tactical initiatives across assigned brands.
  • Manage a team responsible for developing and executing measurement plans, crafting KPIs, and delivering actionable insights for our clients.
  • Oversee the delivery of client-friendly strategic analyses and data-driven recommendations aligned with brand objectives.
  • Mentor junior team members in identifying data trends, optimizing campaigns, and presenting comprehensive reports to stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage multiple projects, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining top-notch quality.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and elevate departmental results.
  • Provide crucial data and research support to client and planning teams.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in online marketing, web analytics, or related fields, with a focus on digital media performance analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, mathematics, economics, psychology, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience, showcasing exceptional project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint), with exposure to Tableau and other data visualization tools.
  • Experience or education in Pharma is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate results effectively and concisely.
