We're seeking an enthusiastic and seasoned Engagement Planner to join our dynamic team and lead the strategic orchestration of seamless omnichannel experiences for healthcare brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Media Influence Mastery: Expand your knowledge of how media influences and captivates audiences, shaping orchestrated omnichannel experiences that resonate.
  • Supplier Negotiations: Engage in brand-level negotiations with suppliers, ensuring the best outcomes for our initiatives.
  • Tactical Plan Execution: Take ownership of executing, activating, and managing all tactical plans crafted by our esteemed team.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate closely with Compas Buying Services Department to ensure flawless contract execution across multiple platforms.
  • Creative Support: Drive the creation of production grids and gather specs for our creative agencies, ensuring quality content.
  • Workflow Oversight: Monitor associates' workflow, ensuring deadlines are met and quality deliverables are consistently achieved.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of existing and emerging media technologies by meeting with supplier-partners regularly.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience as a Planner/Buyer in media.
  • Media Proficiency: Demonstrates an understanding of media basics and concepts, along with working knowledge of Syndicated tools.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organizational Acumen: Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and adeptness at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to coach and enable others, fostering growth and success through feedback and encouragement.
  • Negotiation & Collaboration: Capable of explaining ideas that gain acceptance, reaching deals, and fostering collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.
Additional Job Specifics:
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, occasionally outside normal business hours, and travel as needed to other company or partner offices.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry objects up to 15 pounds and sit for prolonged periods while working on a computer.
  • Daily Task Management: Completion of daily timesheets as part of routine responsibilities.
