Role Summary & Impact

As a Senior Associate of Content, you will assist the manager in translating the content strategy into content programs. You will be responsible for completing the day-to-day needs relating to content partnerships, from developing tactical media recommendations to launching campaigns and measuring performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and evaluate external suppliers around content & work with the Content Manager to develop a partnership with the best suppliers
  • Facilitate the Campaign RFP planning process by drafting RFP briefs, engaging with considered partners to develop proposals, and ensuring all deadlines are met by key stakeholders in the RFP process Aide the Content Manager in negotiating partnership deals that deliver the most value to clients
  • Act as project manager for content partnership programs, ensuring timelines and campaign documents are accurate and shared, providing clear communication of key milestones, and acting as a liaison between partners and client to get approvals.
  • Contribute a point of view on creative deliverables provided by media partners to ensure assets are meeting client objectives and brand guidelines, including evaluating storyboards, content rough cuts and final assets.
  • Attend production shoots along with Content Manager to ensure smooth production process and client satisfaction on the content produced.
  • Contribute to the development of client presentations and POVs.
  • Produce campaign reports that evaluate the effectiveness of the content programs and identify opportunities for future campaigns; requires ability to organize and analyze campaign data as well as translating the data into insights.
  • Provide training and guidance that supports the growth of Associates on the team.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications; OR equivalent professional work experience Minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of the role of content and the media partner landscape.
  • Working knowledge of content development and distribution process Proactive, a team player with a genuine curiosity about content, digital and marketing.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $45,000 to $90,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility and qualifications.
