The Role

We are looking for an experienced client-facing Product Lead to drive Commerce Business for Hogarth in India. The Product Lead- Commerce will be responsible for end to end product roadmap, tech enablement, processes, GTM strategy and client engagement model.

With a sharp focus on data-driven and technology enabled content, we need an individual with solid experience in the Commerce space and an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the Content to Commerce process, including its role within the Digital Advertising ecosystem.

Key Project Delivery Responsibilities

The role will be versatile, diverse and embrace all areas of integrated creative, production and media activation and will consist in:
  • Lead the Commerce practice in the region and create a client engagement plan linked to revenue targets aligned. The product roadmap needs to be supported with GTM strategy and scale plan.
  • Actively pursue new leads and help to refine and clarify, and interpret client briefs.
  • Coordinating all relevant parties and leveraging the Hogarth production hubs (Digital, Social and Video), clients and agencies to deliver on the briefs.
  • Operating a single point of contact externally for key milestones and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Monitoring internal workflows, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations.
  • Evaluating existing Tech stack and make recommendations that elevates the product solution and adds value to the project outcomes.

Client Management Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless creative production capabilities across verticals
  • Grow our partnership business through excellence in execution and delivery
  • Build key relationships across external and internal clients
  • Work closely with your counterparts to build a truly global practice, exchanging learnings and best practices where possible
  • Drive integrated content solutions that leverage our scale & our expertise

Financial Responsibilities
  • Deliver revenue to meet targets agreed on an ongoing basis
  • Keep the stakeholders informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecasts
  • Audit profitability and deliverables against resource levels
  • Ensure full compliance with all financial procedures and policies

Requirements:


  • Looking for 8-10 years of experience in E-commerce across DTC/ Marketplaces/ Agency networks
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects, leveraging people, resources and technology
  • Deep knowledge of how data and technology can power creative and production
  • Understanding of platform guidelines and formats
  • A drive to showcase the USP of Hogarth Content to Commerce product and importance of creative content in the context of advertising initiatives across all media formats
  • Solid experience managing global clients and with multiple stakeholders
  • Should be updated with Industry updates and Commerce Trends
  • A track record in identifying Commerce content opportunities and driving growth across a diverse portfolio of clients
  • A quality and delivery focused personality
  • A Self-starter, adaptable and team oriented
  • A conflict resolver , if / w h e n required
