Job Description:

A visionary leader and storyteller with a profound understanding of brand aesthetics, responsible for producing high-quality 3D and 2D visuals. This role demands exceptional creative storytelling skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong foundation in motion design to convey compelling brand narratives through innovative visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptualize and execute 3D and 2D projects, integrating creative storytelling with brand objectives.
  • Utilize a keen understanding of creative motion design outputs, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of colour balance and theme-based concepts.
  • Employ a meticulous eye for detail to ensure all visual elements meet the highest standards of creative aesthetics.
  • Produce 3D storyboards and visuals for client briefs and drive the development of projects end-to-end, leveraging expertise in both 3D and 2D animation to enhance storytelling.
  • Guide the creative team in understanding and interpreting brand guidelines, ensuring all outputs align with the brand's vision and message.
  • Lead by example, showcasing exceptional design and storytelling skills in every project phase, from conception to execution.
  • Build and manage a globally distributed team of amazing design & technical talent to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Provide high-quality training, upskilling and mentoring that team members can apply to a wide range of global brands.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create new opportunities and troubleshoot roadblocks to growth.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by actively exploring and researching new creative technology, platforms and techniques in the realms of 3D, VR, AR.

Preferred Software Skills:
  • Mastery of Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, and Cinema 4D for 3D design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with strong capabilities in After Effects and Premiere for motion design.
  • Skilled in 3D rendering engines (V-Ray, Arnold, redshift) and 2D animation tools.

Qualifications:
  • Over 7 years of experience and deep expertise in 3D and 2D design, with a portfolio that highlights creative storytelling, brand understanding, and exceptional design aesthetics.
  • A strong creative vision, coupled with an acute attention to detail and a deep appreciation for creative aesthetics in both 3D and 2D formats.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills and group discussion abilities.
  • Structure and operational excellence-strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects and customer accounts, delivering top-quality creative work and processes.
  • Passion for mentoring and training other people toward excellence and success.
